The new Natiboo website was conceived as a digital platform capable of explaining our services, organizing complex knowledge, and demonstrating how we understand technological evolution. The goal was not only to renew the corporate image but to build a useful system for clients, search engines, and AI assistants.
Developed on Drupal 11, it integrates structured content, semantic SEO, accessibility, performance, A/B testing, a conversational assistant, and tools based on WebMCP. All of this is supported by a modular architecture designed to evolve without relying on rigid structures.
The result is a platform that can be discovered by search engines, understood by AI assistants, used by people, and invoked by agents, in addition to continuously improving based on real usage data.
Labdoo is an international organization present in over 150 countries that reuses computer equipment to reduce the digital divide and provide educational opportunities to communities around the world. Its technological platform coordinates thousands of volunteers, refurbishment centers, educational projects, and devices distributed globally.
When Labdoo contacted Natiboo, the goal was apparently simple: migrate its platform from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. However, after analyzing the project, we understood that a conventional migration would have transferred years of technical debt to the new system.
Our proposal was different: to rethink the architecture from scratch, preserving the knowledge accumulated over the years, modernizing the platform, and preparing it to continue growing over the next decade.
Today, after almost three years of collaboration, Labdoo has a new platform that is much more maintainable, faster, and ready to evolve, currently in closed beta phase before its final launch.
Since 2019, Natiboo has been collaborating with FastBill as a technology partner in the continuous evolution of its web platform. The project began with evolutionary improvements on a Drupal website with little editorial structure, non-standardized code, and limited publishing processes.
Over time, that collaboration turned into a profound transformation: the creation of an editorial architecture based on reusable components, improvement of the blog, development of core pages, implementation of Media, technical SEO, structured data, performance optimization, evolution to Drupal 10, security reinforcement, and continuous improvement of the editorial experience.
The result is a more stable, flexible, and productive platform, designed for the FastBill team to publish, structure, and optimize content with greater autonomy, lower risk, and more capacity for evolution.
